Kamal Haasan joins twitter on Republic Day

Actor Kamal Haasan who was until yesterday only to be seen once in a while on Facebook, has joined twitter on the 67th Republic Day. Fans would be hoping to hear from their star more often now. In less than 24 hours, the Ulaganayagan has got more than 30,000 followers.


Posting a video on himself singing the national anthem, Kamal Haasan tweeted, "India's freedom struggle remains unique even today. Respecting it is d only way to keep it & set new world standards." (Sic)
