Rumours were rife that
Katrina Kaif had a secret meeting with ex-boyfriend Salman Khan post her
alleged breakup with rumoured beau Ranbir Kapoor. Reports were doing
the rounds that Salman's 'Sultan' team was meeting up in a restaurant
for a bash and Katrina allegedly decided to join them. Apparently,
Katrina spent some time chatting with Ali Abbas and Salman, post which
Ali scooted from there giving the ex-flames some privacy. The news
raised many eyebrows especially because it came after Katrina's alleged
break-up with reported lover, Ranbir Kapoor. However, this news has
apparently upset Katrina a lot, as she issued a statement via her
spokesperson. It reads, "Ali Abbas Zafar is Katrina's close friend and
she attends his birthday party every year and this year was no
different. Ali happens to be directing Sultan with Salman, which is why
he was on the guest list, along with a whole bunch of other people,
including Kabir Khan. There was no secret meeting between Katrina and
Salman. Request people to please have some respect and not concoct
stories which are untrue."
