Today actor Silambarsan celebrates his 33rd Birthday.
Simbu entered the film industry at a
very young age thanks to his multi talented father T.Rajendhar who was
ruling the film industry in late 1980s and 1990s. The young boy
captivated everyone with his exemplary dancing and acting skills.
'Kadhal Azhivadhillai' that released in
2002 was Simbu's first film as hero and 'Dum' is his first super hit
which gave him a strong hold as a commercial hero. At the earliest stage
of his career Simbu penned the script and also supervised the direction
of the film 'Manmadhan'. Many were cynical about this move but Simbu
went ahead with his decision which was like a tight rope walk at that
tender age. The film turned out to be a super hit and everyone where
praising Simbu,.
Simbu's career is filled with such bold
decisions and they have at times ended as colossal failures. After the
success of 'Manmadhan' he wrote and dirtected 'Vallavan' and that film
was not as well received as expected. But despite others perception and
the final results Simbu has always done what his heart said and stood by
his decisions. This boldness and straight forwardness characterizes
this highly talented star.
Even in the recent Beep song controversy
that turned out as a huge outcry leading to news hour debates in
prominent TV news channels Silambarasan never distanced himself from the
song which would have be an easy way out to escape from the
controversy. He still maintains his stand that the song was his creation
but it was never meant for a public release and hence no one can fault
him on this. At this young age this man showed extreme conviction to his
stand be it right or wrong. This quality is rarely found among today's
youngsters that too from the film industry.
