Sridivya is keeping her fingers crossed
as 'Bangalore Naatkal', her first multi-starrer film and also the first
film in which she has played strong character of a young married woman
will be hitting the screens in a couple of days from now.
Sridivya has now made a surprising
revelation that she has dubbed on her own for the first time in Tamil
for this film. A Telugu native Sridivya says she could accomplish this
task with the help of co-directors and assistant directors on the sets
who helped her get the Tamil dialect of the character right. She also
said that she tried dubbing on her own for 'Kaaki' Sattai' but director
Durai Senthilkumar felt the Telugu flavour in her Tamil dialect will not
be suitable for her character in that film. So for 'Bangalore Naatkal'
she took efforts to avoid the Telugu flavour in the Tamil dialogues she
spoke.
The 'Eetti' actress says she learnt a lot while dubbing for her character in the film.
'Bangalore Naatkal' is the Tamil remake
of Malayalam super hit 'Banagalore Days'. The Tamil version directed by
Bhaskar stars Arya, Sridivya, Bobby Simha, Raana Daggupati, Raai Laxmi,
Parvathy and Samantha. Musical score has been rendered by Gopi Sundar.
The film is all set to release on February 5 2016 and the advance reservations have started today.
