Indiaglitz was one of the first to announce that
versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi would be teaming up with director
Rathinasiva who has directed Arun Vijay and Karthika Nair starrer 'Vaa
Deal' which is yet to hit the screens. The Vijay Sethupathi-Rathinasiva
film has been titled as 'Rekka'. and now we bring you the other
important details about the film which have been officially announced by
the makers.
'Rekka' marks the first time pairing up of talented
actress Lakshmi Menon with Vijay Sethupathi as the heroine. The film
touted to be an out and out commercial entertainer will be produced by
Comman Man V.Ganesh who produced the critically acclaimed 'Orange
Mittai' with Vijay Sethupathi. D.imman has been roped in to score the
music. M.C.Ganesh Chandra, Praveen K.L. and Mohana Mahendran have joined
the team as Cinematographer, Editor and Art Director respectively. Stun
choreography will be taken care by Rajasekar.
The shooting of 'Rekka' will begin after Vijay
Sethupathi completes shooting for his current projects 'Dharmadurai' and
'Aandavan Kattalai'.
