Ineya, who has made a mark with Vaagai Sooda Vaa, had proved that she
could handle the horror genre easily with the supernatural thriller
Masani. The actress is all set to act in yet another horror film in
Tamil, titled Pottu. Helmed by Sowkarpettai fame director Vadivudayaan,
it has actor Bharath doing the lead role.
Ineya says, "The film is set against a traditional backdrop and has revenge as its key theme. The plot is scripted in such way that it entwines characters from the old generation and the new." Ineya adds, "I play the title character called Pottu, who is a village girl. After Masani, this will be the second time I am essaying the title character. However, the story is quite different from the roles I have done before."
"The shoot of the film is likely to go on floors in the first week of February," she says.
