As we had reported earlier actor Jayam
Ravi's next film 'Miruthan' which is being advertised as the first
Zombie film in Tamil has got a Adults Only certificate from the Censor
board officials who viewed the film.
The film's producer Michael Rayappan of
Global Infotainment banner had approached the Revising committee of the
Censor board in Mumbai for a change in rating.
The good news is that Rayappan's efforts
has paid off as the revising committee has altered the rating as U/A
which means the film is suitable for family audience also but non-adults
can watch it only with their parents.

Soundararajan of 'Naaigal Jakkiradhai' fame stars Jayam Ravi and Lakshmi
Menon in lead roles. Musical score has been rendered by D.Imman.
Jayam, Ravi is on a roll after the
success of 'Romeo Juliet', 'Thani Oruvan' and 'Bhooloham' and this has
created a huge buzz around the tall and talented actor's next film.
Distributors have reportedly given a huge share of theatricals for the
release of the film.
'Miruthan' is all set to hit the screens on February 19, 2016.
